PassLocker password safe

This is a DES-enabled encryption program to save passwords in a safe, secure method. This requires the JDOM 1.1 library to run.
To run this program, ensure that you have Java v1.5 or better installed, and run the command line java -jar PassLocker.jar.
Please let me know if any problems happen when running the program, and I'll get them fixed ASAP.
